Job description
Mint IT is seeking a talented QA tester. As a junior QA , your job duties include performing manual and automated testing, uncovering bugs in software applications, evaluating the user interface (UI) design and user experience (UX), documenting data, and reporting your findings to the software developers and programmers responsible for the product. Using the necessary tools and techniques, youare responsible on deliverbale and useable increments and accountable for their best performance in collaboration with the rest of the team.
Responsabilities
- Analyzing users stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility
- Collaborate closely with other team members and departments
- execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression)
- Design and develop automation scripts when needed
- Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies
- Provide timely solutions
- Apply quality engineering principals throughout the Agile product lifecycle
- Provide support and documentation
Qualifications
- Experience as a Software Tester or similar role
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in data analysis
- HHS EPLC experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Sense of ownership and responsibility in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
