A notorious magazine in economy stated that “The digitization is a pragmatic subordination to focus on tasks with a human added value.”
In fact, the digitization of multiple tasks generally, and particularily in IT field, does not eradicate the responsibilities of the human assets, in contrast it permits to shed light on the capacities that are intelligently human; it’s rather a human-to-robot delegation so that every employee channelizes his/her time and potentials uniquely human to more complicated priorities. It is a complementary cooperation between digital and human. It is a subtle acknowledgment of the unapproachable manpower over machine.
